Yes, our platform can be accessed from anywhere in the world via mobile or any computer, unless blocked by your organisation’s IT firewall or internet service provider.
Our platform is designed to monitor and assess risks of suppliers onboarded specifically for you, and to provide advance warning on risks before they materialise so that you can take timely action. Our platform is not a supplier information database or supplier discovery solution.
To onboard new supplier(s), you can reach out to the client account manager with your request.
Go to ‘My alerts’ section (click the link on the top right to access) and configure alerts for suppliers mapped specifically to you.
Go to the Strategic or Managed suppliers section (click the hamburger menu on the top left to access), and once there you can download the list of suppliers and their risk ratings by clicking on ‘Export to excel’ to download data in MS-Excel format.
Hover over ‘Requests’ on the top right and then click on ‘Place a new request’ from the dropdown menu to access our Intelligence Catalogue and raise a request for custom intelligence. Alternatively, you can reach out to the client account manager.
Hover over the user profile icon on the top right and then click on ‘Change password’ from the dropdown menu, and then follow the steps as indicated.
